Action Plan.

               Interview different companies and people figure out what the cost and efficiency of putting solar panels on a building at Stout would be.  We're thinking Jarvis/Micheel's hall.  We are dividing the work up into groups for people to research different segments of the issue.  Hopefully by the end we will have a feasible presentation.
